✷ PROCESSING YOUR ORDER ✷
Generally your parcel will be posted the same day as your order. In busier times, your parcel will be packed and posted within 2 business days. I pack and post orders Monday to Friday. Once your items are purchased you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

✷ SHIPPING ✷
I post parcels via Australia Post anywhere within Australia. Standard Parcel Post option is flat rate of $12 or Express Post option is a flat rate of $16. Depending on your location, delivery times can range as per the Australia Post website.

✷ RETURNS ✷
As jewellery is a personal item, unfortunately I am unable to offer an exchange or refund. I personally make and check every single item and component, so you can rest assured that your earrings are of the best quality. If there is a major fault with your item, your consumer rights are of course followed.
